Using DOORS Automation from C#

Hello everybody,

is there any possibility to call DOORS from c# like in the following VBA script?

Sub testDoors()
Set DOORSObj = CreateObject("DOORS.Application")
SendKeys "user" & "{TAB}" & "password" & "{ENTER}", True
DOORSObj.Result = "Just checking"
DOORSObj.runFile ("C:\Program Files\Telelogic\DOORS_8.3\lib\dxl\addins\user\m.dxl")
DOORSObj.runFile ("C:\Program Files\Telelogic\DOORS_8.3\lib\dxl\addins\user\l.dxl")
End Sub

try following like below:

using DOORSCOMLib;
 
DOORSCOMLib.DOORS x = new DOORSCOMLib.DOORS ();
SendKeys.Send ( "USER" );
SendKeys.Send ( "{TAB}" );
SendKeys.Send ( "PW" );
SendKeys.Send ( "{TAB}" );
SendKeys.Send ( "{ENTER}" );
...
x.runStr ( "print \"Hello DXL Interaction\"; oleSetResult \"Hello C# Console\"" );
Console.Write ( "Result = " + x.result );

We had a nice solution for this in this post. It will also account for the problem of NOT starting a DOORS session everytime. Regards, Mathias

But I still can't find the library file, so can't reference the library. Could you tell me the exactly file path or file name?
